Gültigkeit: Das Ticket ist ausschließlich für das gebuchte Zeitfenster gültig (09:00–13:00 Uhr / 14:00–18:00 Uhr oder 19:00–23:00 Uhr). Der Einlass ist ab 30 Minuten vor Beginn des Zeitfensters möglich. 
Kinder: Kinder bis einschließlich 3 Jahre benötigen kein eigenes Ticket, wenn sie auf dem Schoß einer erwachsenen Begleitperson sitzen.
Rollstuhlplätze: Im Stadion befinden sich in Block T6 insgesamt 12 Rollstuhlplätze (in Rot). Diesen Rollstuhlplätzen steht ein direkt angrenzender Begleitpersonenplatz zur Verfügung. Beim Kauf eines Rollstuhlplatz-Tickets kann der Platz für die Begleitperson kostenfrei mitgebucht werden.
Einmaliger Einlass: Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Ticket beim Verlassen der Veranstaltungsfläche seine Gültigkeit verliert. Ein erneuter Einlass mit demselben Ticket ist nicht möglich.

Validity: Your ticket is valid only for the booked time slot (9 a.m.–1 p.m. / 2 p.m.–6 p.m. or 7 p.m.–11 p.m.). Entry is permitted from 30 minutes before the start of the time slot.
Children: Children up to and including the age of 3 do not need their own ticket if they are sitting on the lap of an accompanying adult.
Wheelchair spaces: There are a total of 12 wheelchair spaces (in red) in Block T6 of the stadium. Each of these wheelchair spaces is accompanied by a seat for a another person. When purchasing a wheelchair space ticket, the companion’s seat can be booked free of charge.
No Re-entry: Please note that the ticket becomes invalid once you leave the event space. Re-entry with the same ticket is not permitted.
